2. Ordering and Personalisation
When placing an order for personalised items, you are responsible for providing accurate information. We provide visual proofs for your approval via email. Once a proof is approved, production begins immediately. We cannot be held liable for errors in names, spellings, or sizes that were submitted incorrectly by the customer. Please review all details carefully before final approval.
3. Pricing, Payment and Currency
All prices are listed in British Pounds (GBP). Prices include UK VAT where applicable. Payments must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure checkout. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, though the price confirmed at checkout will always be honoured for that specific order.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We deliver throughout the UK. Estimated timeframes for UK delivery are 10-14 days from design approval. Large bulk orders will vary depending on size with an emailed time frame with the customer directly. If the time frame can not be agreed on large orders before production then a full refund will be made and the order cancelled. While we strive to meet all deadlines, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or customs clearances.
5. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
In accordance with UK consumer law, personalised items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or do not match the approved proof. Cancellations must be made within 24hrs of order placement. Once production has started, we cannot accept cancellations for bespoke products.
6. Design Ownership and Usage Rights
All designs created by The Crafty Paramedic remain our intellectual property. Customers retain rights to any logos or original artwork they provide. By placing an order, you grant us permission to photograph your finished items for marketing and promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise.
7. Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they have the right to use any school logos, crests, or trademarks provided for personalisation. You agree to indemnify The Crafty Paramedic against any claims arising from copyright infringement related to customer-provided content.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Crafty Paramedic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the total value of that order.
9. Privacy and Data

10. Changes to These Terms
